Sales Enablement Professional

We are seeking a Key Account Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our sales teams with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
Your primary objective will be to design and implement onboarding programs that ramp new hires and upskill the existing team. This will involve creating and maintaining playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes.
You will also be responsible for aligning our sales process with the buyer journey, closing skill and content gaps across the funnel. This will require partnering with our GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success.
In addition, you will support product launches and GTM initiatives with the right messaging and resources. You will own enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact.
To achieve this, you will evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows. You will also act as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, helping them grow and close better.
Requirements- 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus).
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
