Senior Proposal Specialist

This is a senior-level position in our Proposal Management team. We are looking for an experienced professional to anchor responses to proactive (proposals) as well as reactive (RFP/RFI) bids.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in federal government contracting, including contract vehicles, GWACs, GSA platforms, and IDIQs.
- A strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/RFI management and the end-to-end sales life cycle is essential.
- The successful candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Anchoring responses to proactive (proposals) as well as reactive (RFP/RFI) bids.
- Proactively identifying and proposing improvements or innovations to services, product functionality, or processes.
- Preparing customer/vertical-specific sales collaterals by working closely with respective practice teams.
- Assisting the sales team in developing and implementing account penetration strategies and account-specific sales plans.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales & proposal writing in an IT services / staffing company.
- A deep understanding of US Federal government, SLED contracting, and federal procurement regulations.
- Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and the ability to navigate and get required information from various stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills, well-versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
