IT Proposal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT proposal specialist with expertise in developing proposals for federal government contracts, particularly IT-focused projects.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive proposals for federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders for IT projects, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather project requirements, develop compelling win themes, and write clear proposal sections.
  • Effectively manage proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Develop and edit high-quality proposal content for IT solutions, ensuring clarity and adherence to federal standards.
  • Coordinate proposal reviews and maintain accurate compliance matrices and content libraries.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT proposal management/writing for agencies like DoD, DOE, or HHS.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes and IT compliance standards.

You will also need proficiency with various tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint or Google Workspace, and project management tools.
