 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist located in Meera Bagh Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110087. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for the complete management of tender processes, including preparation, review, and submission of tender documents. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing tender proposals, coordinating with procurement teams, analyzing tender requirements, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Additionally, the role involves close communication with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful tenders.

 Qualifications

Strong experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing

Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating and interpreting tender requirements

Proficient Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams

Knowledge of Procurement processes and documentation

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

• Familiarity with industry-specific tendering practices is a plus
