We are seeking an ambitious business growth professional with 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing agencies to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Sales: Drive new client acquisition through various outreach channels and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Lead client calls and meetings, identify business needs, tailor pitches, and build long-term trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and share feedback to improve offerings and pitches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2–6 years in digital marketing agencies in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills: Familiarity with multiple outreach channels (cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • International Client Experience: Previous work with clients from UAE, Asia, and US.
