Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organizational excellence through the development, implementation and monitoring of governance policies and processes.

This role focuses on ensuring adherence to organizational standards, while fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collecting and publishing organization-level metrics, supporting internal audits and ensuring robust governance aligned with the product development lifecycle (PDLC).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC) governance principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the basics of the Product Development Lifecycle, including stages, deliverables and governance checkpoints.
  • Proven ability to document and implement policies and processes that drive organizational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in collecting, analysing and interpreting data to produce meaningful metrics and reports.
  • Knowledge of PDLC governance frameworks with experience ensuring adherence to these standards.
  • Experience assisting with internal audits and addressing findings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present governance-related insights.
