- Monitor project milestones, risks, and quality, adjusting plans as needed for successful delivery.
- Ensure design processes adhere to industry best practices for usability, accessibility, and strategic alignment.
- Track and report project status to leadership and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain clear project documentation, timelines, and progress updates to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Present plans, updates, and outcomes to both internal teams and external clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve team workflows, processes, and tools, and implement changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and methodologies in UX project management.
- A minimum of 2-6 years' experience managing digital or UX-focused projects, preferably within an agency or digital product environment.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams on UX or digital projects, driving results through effective collaboration and project coordination.
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and ability to apply them in a real-world setting.
- Familiarity with UX design processes, research, and tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
