Job Title: Visionary UX Design Lead

We're seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to spearhead our user experience design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, graphic design, and Webflow, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality videos, statics, and websites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video and static ad creatives, building funnels in Webflow, managing client visual identity projects, composing nurture email sequences, and driving organic growth across social media platforms.

Additionally, the candidate will learn copywriting, researching, and writing long- and short-form content, editing high-quality videos, creating e-books and lead magnet resources, coordinating with SEO partners, and setting up pixels and heat maps for data-driven CRO experiments.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
