We are seeking a professional to manage and grow lifestyle categories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong brand partnerships, driving assortment strategies, and owning business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Management & Partnerships
    • Identify and onboard homegrown and established lifestyle brands to enhance product offerings.
    • Negotiate exclusive deals, better margins, and enhanced visibility for brand partners.
  • Category Management
    • Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business goals to drive revenue and margin growth.
    • Create assortment plans and ensure high on-shelf availability of products.
    • Track consumer and market trends to curate relevant selections that meet customer needs.
  • Business Growth & Profitability
    • Drive revenue and margin growth through pricing, promotions, and forecasting to boost GMV growth.
    • Enhance customer engagement through campaigns, activations, and seasonal events.
    • Monitor competitors and market trends for new growth opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with sourcing, design, supply chain, tech, finance, and marketing teams to share insights and best practices.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the customer journey, merchandising, and platform experience.
    Desired Skills & Qualifications:
    • 5–8 years of experience in category management, brand partnerships, or business development (lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce preferred).
    • A proven track record in vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and sales forecasting.
    • Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel preferred).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
    • The ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders effectively.
