Purpose of the Role

We seek a visionary leader to drive growth and expansion in our omni-channel operations. This role will play a pivotal part in driving key strategic initiatives and leveraging technology to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement scalable business strategies to propel the growth of our omni-channel business.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business goals that enhance profitability.

3. Serve as the primary point of contact with Amazon, driving operational excellence aligned with business requirements.

4. Lead critical strategic initiatives by effectively communicating with stakeholders and providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

5. Leverage technology and data to drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

- Engineer or MBA preferred with 5-6 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or quick commerce.

- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in SQL and data analysis techniques.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Earnings: ₹30-40 Lacs Per Annum (Estimated Salary Range)
