Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Growth Leader to propel our business towards 10x growth in the next two years. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our strategic vision, driving day-to-day operations, and leading various projects such as product development, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Manage projects across teams, including product development, marketing, and sales
- Build relationships with investors, customers, and team members
- Prepare monthly reports on key metrics, financial results, and investor updates

Requirements
- Be an entrepreneur at heart with a strong ability to collaborate with the business
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have experience in a similar role in a growth-stage startup managing new initiatives
