Job Title

The primary function of this role is to oversee the creation and implementation of training programs, aimed at driving operational excellence and meeting client-defined service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Senior Training Manager conducts regular calibrations with clients to discuss requirements and performance.
  • This position involves seeking approval from clients before introducing new test modules and ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date.
  • The individual will drive performance metrics, ensuring all targets are met at daily, weekly, and monthly levels.
  • Proactive management is essential in meeting client-defined SLAs on time.
  • Governance at daily, weekly, and monthly levels is also a key responsibility.
Operational Excellence
  • The ideal candidate will design training and test modules based on needs and maintain regular communication with clients to clarify process updates.
  • Responsibilities include resolving issues related to process knowledge with clients.
  • This role requires ensuring that quality, CSAT, and resolution scores for each batch meet defined norms within the first month of production.
Training and Development
  • The individual will conduct interviews and coordinate with HR to recruit trainers/trainees.
  • 100% adherence to client-driven SOPs and BEST T&D compliance is expected.
  • Preparing trainers through TTT/platform skills certification is also a key responsibility.
Stakeholder Management
  • Liaising with central MIS/admin departments/HR/payroll for training resource availability is necessary.
  • Ensuring the effective running of the new hire training process requires coordination with all stakeholders.
