Senior WFO Platform Engineer

As a Senior WFO Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and configuring WFO platforms in multiple environments.

This role requires strong technical skills and expertise in WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications, and telephony integrations. You will work closely with clients to extract business requirements and develop best practice implementation processes.

You will be responsible for communicating the status of implementation projects to project managers and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide technical support for WFO implementation tasks, perform training for customers on WFO server maintenance and PC client loading, and upgrade applications on WFO servers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Verint Work Force Optimization Certification
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration
  • Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center practices
  • Experience in JAVA Enterprise and frameworks
  • Experience with MS SQL database structure, administration, performance tuning, and scripting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and network topology
  • Knowledge of Linux OS's and associated technologies
