Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to spearhead the design, integration, and optimization of Opcenter solutions across our manufacturing landscape. This pivotal role involves leading cross-functional teams in implementing cutting-edge technology to enhance operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Siemens Opcenter MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules, with proven experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM.

This critical position requires a skilled technical leader who can analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and customize Siemens Opcenter solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Architect and implement MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules, including LIMS and CALVIN.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals through effective change management.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of system integration, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

System Integration:
  • Integrate Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization.
  • Utilize middleware and APIs to enable efficient data transfer and analysis.

The Technical Architect will work closely with development and support teams to provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring successful project delivery.

Process Optimization:
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support data validation, audit trails, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

The Technical Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation, integration blueprints, and system roadmaps to ensure seamless handovers and knowledge sharing.

Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration blueprints, and system roadmaps.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Opcenter RD&L, LIMS, and CALVIN for lab workflow management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
