Job Title: Technical AI Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on technical architect specializing in Generative AI to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven architectures across complex enterprise systems. This role combines deep coding expertise with a strong architectural mindset to modernize platforms, drive efficiency, and deliver intelligent automation through AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop GenAI models for real-world use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, document summarization, intelligent workflows).
  • Build scalable applications using .NET Core Web APIs, Angular/React frontends, and Azure-native applications (Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL).
  • Develop AI accelerators including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated solutions.
  • Create and iterate on proof-of-concepts (PoCs) aligned with business use cases.

Architecture & Delivery:

  • Define and evolve the Gen AI roadmap for SDLC integration.
  • Architect event-driven, cloud-native systems using Azure tools and messaging services like Kafka/Event Grid.
  • Implement robust CI/CD, security, and code quality practices (e.g., SonarQube, guidelines, IaC with Bicep/ARM).

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work alongside fellow architects to align technical strategy with enterprise goals.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate workflows into intelligent, automated solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and troubleshoot high-priority issues across the stack.
  • Present GenAI solutions and ROI in customer architecture review boards (ARBs).
