Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring optimal test coverage and automation ROI.
  • Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and microservices testing, fostering seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Establish and enforce quality gates across the SDLC, promoting shift-left testing practices and driving quality enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for performance, non-functional, and cross-browser testing, ensuring reliability at scale and developer confidence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Proven experience working in SaaS environments, understanding multi-tenant architecture, releases, and deployments.
  • Hands-on engineer with a track record of coding and testing to production standards, proficient in data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.
  • Expertise in Selenium (WebDrivers, XPath, CSS Selectors), UI & API automation, and building frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of STLC, test management, coverage strategy, and release processes, with excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical problems effectively.

Skills & Expertise:
  • Experience: 5–9 years in QA automation and engineering roles, preferably in SaaS-based product companies.
  • Problem-Solving & DSA: Proficient in data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles; capable of writing efficient, maintainable automation code.
  • Test Automation: Expert in Selenium (WebDrivers, XPath, CSS Selectors), UI & API automation, and building frameworks from scratch.
  • Testing Methodologies: Deep knowledge of STLC, test management, coverage strategy, and release processes.
