Job Overview

Nexus Automech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Mid-Level Automation Engineer for a full-time position located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should possess between 4 to 6 years of work experience in related fields. This role requires expert knowledge in developing and executing automation solutions with a strong focus on efficiency and precision.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have experience with servo motors, motion, and SCADA. These are mandatory skills required for successfully performing in this role.
  • Expertise in PLC programming to design, test, and implement automated solutions effectively and efficiently.
  • HMI programming skills to create effective human-machine interfaces that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Experience in program development to enhance, implement, and troubleshoot automation processes seamlessly.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying areas of improvement within existing automation systems and proposing viable solutions.
  • Ability to conduct detailed troubleshooting to address and resolve any issues that arise in automated systems promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal operation of automation systems.

  • Develop detailed project documentation, including specifications, schematics, and manuals to support ongoing system management.
  • Provide technical and training support to teams to enhance the skills needed for operating advanced automation tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the company's automation processes at the cutting edge.
