About Us:

Star Automation Solutions is a leading manufacturer of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Industrial Automation Systems. We design and build custom machines for assembly, inspection, and robotic automation across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build relationships with new customers
  • Understand client requirements and propose right automation solutions
  • Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and technical presentations
  • Coordinate with design & production teams for project execution

Requirements:

  • B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Trustworthy, energetic, and willing to travel
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers for new opportunities.
  • Visit customer sites for discussion, presentation, and project follow-up.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with purchase, project, and maintenance departments.
  • Participate in exhibitions, technical seminars, and promotional events.
  • Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, and case studies.
  • Support management in identifying new product opportunities and competitor analysis.
