About the Role

As a key representative of our organization, you will provide top-notch customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibility is to respond promptly to incoming tickets, escalating critical issues and questions to our team in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Elevate software bugs and issues while ensuring timely issue resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Develop expertise in our software features, creating comprehensive help documentation articles to support our clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal departments to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Analyze ticket metrics and statistics to generate reports on time-to-resolution, classification, and other key performance indicators.
  • Utilize SQL queries to extract relevant data from our database when investigating client issues.
