We're a high-energy D2C brand scaling fast, and design is at the core of how we connect with parents and kids. The customer experience intern will play a crucial role in tracking and managing customer experience, including proactive communication through calls, surveys, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tracking and managing customer experience
  • Working cross-departmental and on cross-functional projects to improve customer purchase and delivery experience
  • Developing a customer-first attitude and passion for solving customer problems
  • Solving complex customer data and churn insights

Requirements">To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • Pursuing bachelors or masters from a Tier I university
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and web tools for consumer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Interest in FMCG and kids' nutrition will be a great added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, and holidays as per customer queries
