We're a high-energy D2C brand scaling fast, and design is at the core of how we connect with parents and kids. The customer experience intern will play a crucial role in tracking and managing customer experience, including proactive communication through calls, surveys, and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking and managing customer experience
- Working cross-departmental and on cross-functional projects to improve customer purchase and delivery experience
- Developing a customer-first attitude and passion for solving customer problems
- Solving complex customer data and churn insights
Requirements">To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Pursuing bachelors or masters from a Tier I university
- Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and web tools for consumer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Interest in FMCG and kids' nutrition will be a great added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, and holidays as per customer queries
