Job Title: Solar Installation Project Coordinator

Solar installation project coordinators are responsible for supervising and coordinating the timely and quality execution of solar installations at the project site. They ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring daily installation activities of solar PV systems
  • Ensuring adherence to technical drawings and quality standards
  • Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring timely material delivery
  • Enforcing safety regulations and conducting toolbox talks
  • Ensuring proper earthing, module mounting, cabling, and inverter installations
  • Assisting with troubleshooting on-site technical issues
  • Maintaining daily work progress reports
  • Reporting to the Project Manager with updates and issues

Requirements:

  • Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components
  • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and time management abilities
