Job Title: Project Support Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project documentation, schedules, and site diaries to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate between site execution teams, vendors, contractors, and engineering departments to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor daily and weekly progress and update central tracking tools to identify any potential issues or delays.
  • Support material delivery, site inventory, and critical electrical component tracking to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure quality checklists and safety guidelines are followed by site teams and contractors to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Maintain logs of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and corrective actions to track and address any deviations from project requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate review meetings between project stakeholders to facilitate open communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a bridge between on-site teams and the corporate office to share timely updates and requirements, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Support during testing and commissioning to ensure successful project handover.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in electrical / mechanical / civil engineering or Renewable Energy.
  • 4–7 years of experience in solar or renewable energy project coordination.
  • Exposure to utility-scale solar projects or hybrid renewable projects is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with electrical and civil work packages in solar EPC.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
