Key Responsibilities:




  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow instances and modules for different applications and business groups.
  • Customize ServiceNow platform components such as forms, workflows, business rules, and scripts to enhance functionality.
  • Configure ServiceNow instances and modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other relevant applications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure platform stability and security.
  • Test and validate changes in a development or staging environment before deploying to production.


Requirements:




  • Experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, UI Policy, Business Rules, and other ServiceNow development tools.
  • Strong understanding of scripting (JavaScript) and workflow design.
