Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to drive the growth of our stainless steel products business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, dealers, and government contractors in the North Region.
  • Product Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers of stainless steel tubes and pipes, including MS ERW Black & GI Pipes, Hollow Section Tubes, Scaffolding Systems, and Steel Tubular Poles.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, target new markets, and increase market share.
  • Dealer Network Management: Manage and expand the dealer network across the North Region, ensuring timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
  • Tender Participation: Participate in government tenders and other business opportunities to secure new contracts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to senior management on business performance, sales trends, and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the stainless steel industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
