Job Description

Sales and Marketing Management:

- Responsible for sales and marketing of carbon and special alloy steels across east and central zones.
- Manage product portfolio including as-rolled wire rods, annealed wire rods, rounds, RCS, spring steel flats, bright bars, and stainless steel flats.
- Oversee sales operations in North India (Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan) targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers as well as OEMs such as Maruti, Honda, TATA, Kia, and Hyundai.

Business Development:

- Lead business development initiatives including acquisition of new customers and new product development with existing customers.
- Conduct negotiations and align customer needs with the current product offerings.
- Track competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Strategic Planning and Forecasting:

- Prepare and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve business targets.
- Ensure stock availability and coordinate with production and planning teams to meet delivery schedules.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Manage customer relationships and communications across various internal functions.
- Monitor and manage customer credit limits and negotiate secure payment terms.
- Arrange technical offers, prepare proposals, pricing, and lead negotiations with customers.

Financial Management:

- Prepare annual and monthly sales budgets and review credit/debit memos regularly.
- Analyze market and competition performance to identify potential customers and opportunities.
