Job Title: Corporate Asset Recovery Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate asset recovery specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recovery team, you will be responsible for managing stressed assets, monitoring borrower accounts, and developing sustainable business plans to ensure the successful recovery of corporate assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage mid-market and emerging large corporates
  • Monitor borrower accounts, conduct regular follow-ups, and maintain updates on developments in respective borrower accounts
  • Advise borrowers in turnaround situations regarding liquidity concerns, undertake viability studies, develop sustainable business plans, and participate in rehabilitation packages
  • Manage stressed assets involving interaction with companies, performance monitoring, benchmarking, adherence to stipulated terms, site visits, etc.
  • Monitor exposures to enable proactive action whenever required. Review credit files, financials, and security documentation and current status
  • Design and implement suitable early warning triggers for allocated accounts. Closely monitor allocated portfolios, review operational and financial performance, monitor monthly cash flows, track performance of economic cycles, and applicable industries that have a bearing on respective assets, etc.
  • Formulate recovery strategies post-factoring appropriate legal options

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of reading and understanding financials of an entity involving credit analysis
  • Knowledge of various industries
  • Knowledge of RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring
  • Reasonable knowledge of various legal forums and applicable laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, contract laws, etc.
  • Satisfactory note-making skills and good command over written and spoken communication
