Job Title: Corporate Communications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role in managing corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise daily with clients, media, and other stakeholders via telephone and email to manage corporate communications effectively.
  • Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, media, and marketing teams to foster a positive corporate image.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure 100% client retention through exceptional customer service.
  • Provide timely information to clients about new promotional opportunities and corporate communications progress.
Media Monitoring & Coverage:
  • Monitor traditional and digital media channels, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswires to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Analyze and evaluate media coverage to identify areas for improvement and develop effective response strategies.
  • Track newspapers, magazines, and websites for opportunities to promote corporate communications and enhance the company's reputation.
Publicity & Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute publicity strategies and campaigns to raise awareness about the company and its services.
  • Strategize, enable execution, and create quarterly roadmaps to achieve corporate communications objectives.
  • Prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews to effectively communicate the company's message.
  • Write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media outlets to generate buzz and interest in the company.
