About the Role:

Seeking an articulate and professional individual for a dynamic Investor Relations position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate communication.
  • Provide information about company performance, market updates, and investor communications.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and internal governance norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Freshers-1 Year of experience in voice process / customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication.
  • Knowledge of stock market regulations, SEBI compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Exposure to CRM tools and call management software.
