Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Associate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Representing clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities.
  • Conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions, ensuring strict compliance with relevant legal frameworks.
  • Leading and overseeing litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, minimizing legal risks and ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Providing legal advisory on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including resolution processes and asset recovery mechanisms.
  • Performing in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, IRDAI guidelines, and other regulatory statutes.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external counsel to address regulatory issues, compliance matters, and legal investigations.
  • Supporting client negotiations, investor communications, and legal aspects of corporate structuring.
