Corporate Lawyer Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced corporate lawyer to join our international team. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for supporting our corporate/commercial practice with a focus on US law related work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience as an Advocate in India, an LLB or equivalent degree from a top Indian national law school, and previous experience with a tier-1 corporate law firm in India. You should be able to independently evaluate complex legal issues and provide solutions to clients in simple English.

You will work closely with our team to synthesize large volumes of information and present conclusions and recommendations to clients. We are looking for a strong problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

This role is completely remote, but you will need to work on US hours. If you are a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our corporate/commercial practice with a focus on US law related work
  • Providing solutions to clients in simple English
  • Synthesizing large volumes of information and presenting conclusions and recommendations to clients

Requirements:
