Job Opportunity: Sales and Business Development Executive
">About the Role:
We are looking for a sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and counsel prospects effectively by understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Drive conversions by conducting follow-ups, meetings, and negotiations with high intent.
- Collaborate with internal teams for scheduling demos, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, progress status, and closure details in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets as per the sales plan.
- Report daily progress and conversion metrics to the manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong follow-up and negotiation techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email communication, and Google Sheets.
- Career gaps should not exceed 5 months.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or counseling roles.
