The role of Business Development Executive is to drive sales growth and expansion in a designated territory.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive merchant acquisition and servicing to expand offline market presence
- Ensure brand visibility through promotional events and BTL activities
- Hire, train, and manage a team of business development executives to meet sales targets
- Monitor and report on market trends and team performance metrics
- Build and grow a strong merchant network within the assigned territory
- Ensure productivity and payout compliance across the sales team
- Coach and retain frontline sales staff to reduce attrition
- Resolve merchant issues and manage escalations effectively
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of sales metrics and data analysis
