Job Description

The role of Business Development Executive is to drive sales growth and expansion in a designated territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive merchant acquisition and servicing to expand offline market presence
  • Ensure brand visibility through promotional events and BTL activities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of business development executives to meet sales targets
  • Monitor and report on market trends and team performance metrics
Key Deliverables:
  1. Build and grow a strong merchant network within the assigned territory
  2. Ensure productivity and payout compliance across the sales team
  3. Coach and retain frontline sales staff to reduce attrition
  4. Resolve merchant issues and manage escalations effectively
Requirements:
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of sales metrics and data analysis
