About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of multiple SuccessFactors modules for large organizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their Time Off requirements for POC, conduct workshops, and design solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, including Global Time and Employee Central (EC), based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Work on configuring time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, and interim rules, as well as the configuration of payouts, proration, and carryover logic.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules for large-scale organizations.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
