**Job Opportunity: Assistant Treasury Manager**

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the critical role of Assistant Treasury Manager. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's short-term liquidity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash management, financial planning, and banking operations. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various departments.

The Assistant Treasury Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely cash management, supporting global financial operations, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily Cash Management Tasks: Monitor cash balances, bank reporting, and maintain treasury dashboards.
  • Cash Flow Forecasts: Prepare detailed forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Banking Relationships: Manage the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity.
  • Debt Schedule: Oversee and manage the organization's debt schedule, ensuring all obligations are met on time.
  • Wire Payments: Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function.
  • Financial Skills: Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Sensitive Information: Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining SOX and audit trails.
  • Process Improvement: Interested in process improvement, with a focus on defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing process efficiencies.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
