SAP FICO Specialist

Job Overview:

Deliver end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and support services. We seek an individual with strong business process understanding, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with customers.

  • Take ownership of FICO deliverables on projects, using SAP methodology throughout all stages of project execution.
  • Gather business requirements, prepare Functional Specification Documents, and design solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Act as a lead while also contributing individually to the team, estimating efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support when needed.

Core Skills:

  • Configure Cash Positioning, Liquidity Forecasting, and Bank Account Management in S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Set up bank connectivity for payments and bank statements, including SWIFT, APIs, and EBICS.
  • Configure Bank Reconciliation and Cash Application for automated transaction matching.
  • Enable In-House Cash, Payment Processing, and Bank Communication Management.
  • Define and implement Treasury workflows for payments, cash operations, and liquidity optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP FI/CO Certification.
  • Domain knowledge in Finance and Accounting, beyond technical implementation.
  • Experience with production support in multinational environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or related field.
  • 5-10 years of SAP experience, with focus on Treasury, Banking, and Cash Management.
  • Business Process Design, Implementation, SLA Management, and Root Cause Analysis experience.
