We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes, ensuring seamless integration with MDM platforms.
- Integrate workflows with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP, leveraging expertise in workflow development and integration.
- Sustain and enhance existing Skelta BPM workflows, fostering collaboration between business teams.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions, driving process improvement.
- Lead the workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout, and support, guaranteeing adherence to performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
- Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in workflow development and integration.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow workflow design and implementation.
- Familiarity with the FMCG domain, including SKU lifecycle and product data management.
- Knowledge of Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP integration.
- Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
