ServiceNow Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our organization. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure workflows using ServiceNow's Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure workflows using ServiceNow's SIR and VR modules.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.
  • Integrate third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
  • Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer using strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into secure workflows.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2-3 implementations in Security Operations (SecOps).
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.
  • Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
Competencies:
  • SecOps (SIR & VR) Advanced configuration and customization.
  • Solution Design Translate business requirements into secure workflows.
