Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Specialist to spearhead our organization's digital endeavors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product management, technology leadership, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-15 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or technology leadership.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven record of implementing digital tools in Manufacturing/Power/Renewables/EPC/Engineering/Infrastructure context.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience in Data Science, Data Lakes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of at least one additional programming language (Java, C++, R, or JavaScript).
