
HR System Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing daily operational support for the Compensation Management, Employee Central, and Onboarding modules. Your expertise in system configuration, data integrity, and integration between modules will ensure the ongoing stability, accuracy, and efficiency of HR technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for the SuccessFactors system, ensuring seamless user experiences and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Maintain and troubleshoot workflows, user access, and security protocols to ensure compliance with data security regulations.
- Work closely with business users to understand their system needs and provide training on worksheets, templates, and onboarding workflows.
- Configure and maintain compensation worksheets, templates, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules to ensure accurate data flow and minimize errors.
- Support annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes, ensuring timely and accurate data updates.
- Monitor integrations between EC and Compensation, troubleshooting mapping or logic errors to ensure high data integrity.
- Manage employee lifecycle configurations, business rules, event reasons, and workflow approvals to ensure seamless employee transitions.
- Support position management, foundation objects, and organizational structure updates to reflect changes in the organization.
- Ensure high data integrity and alignment across HR modules, maintaining the accuracy and reliability of HR data.
- Configure and troubleshoot onboarding templates, forms, tasks, and pre-day 1 processes to ensure efficient and effective onboarding experiences.
- Resolve onboarding process failures, data mapping issues, and integration to EC, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot role-based permission groups and roles across modules, ensuring users have appropriate access based on their roles and security policies.
- Support RBP audits, documentation, and periodic reviews to ensure compliance with data security regulations.
- SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation Management.
- 4 years of hands-on experience in a system support or HRIS analyst role.
- Working knowledge of Compensation Worksheets, Templates, Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Strong understanding of HR data models, processes, and compensation planning.
