Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an HR Shared Services Specialist.

This role will involve working closely with the Human Resources team to ensure seamless transaction processing and data management for employees and payroll.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in HR Shared Services or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Process and manage all global employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Data Integrity: Collaborate with employees, HR teams, external vendors, and government entities to ensure accurate data is provided and maintained.
  • Support: Provide assistance to the Global HRIS team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Mandatory experience in HR Shared Services / HR Services Delivery / HRO.
  • Global HR Transaction Management: Proven ability to process and manage all global employee data changes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
