- Coordinate logistics such as meeting rooms and video conferencing links.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination, project management scheduling, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
