We are seeking a diligent Editorial Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the peer review process.

The successful candidate will be accountable for efficient administration procedures, utilizing Scholar One Manuscripts TM and PubMed Central to identify suitable experts for cutting-edge medical research. Reporting directly to the Reviewer Selection Lead, the Editorial Coordinator will work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A postgraduate qualification in MA Education, Continuing Education Management, MEd, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the journal's peer review process.
  • An interest and awareness in academic publishing, with up-to-date market trends.
  • Excellent English language skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Experience in process-driven workflows and customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
