We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage end-to-end publishing workflows. This role requires the ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

  1. Coordinate publishing workflows, from manuscript submission to final production, maintaining the highest standards of publishing excellence.
  2. Collaborate with editorial teams, authors, designers, and vendors to ensure publishing timelines are met and all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  3. Perform quality checks on content, layouts, and design before release, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Prepare content for digital and print distribution, adhering to publishing standards and best practices.
  5. Track project progress, maintain databases, and update status reports for ongoing publishing projects, providing transparency and visibility into the publishing process.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements in publishing processes, driving innovation and excellence.
  7. Maintain positive and professional relationships with authors and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing skills, ensuring error-free published content.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination and relationship-building.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to plan and execute complex publishing projects efficiently.
  • Passion for books, media, and storytelling, with a keen eye for quality and deep understanding of the publishing process.
