About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, research, and collaboration. They will be responsible for developing high-quality content that aligns with the company's voice and business goals, including blog posts, case studies, presentations, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Develop engaging content that meets the needs of our audience, staying up-to-date on key trends and developments in fintech, strategic management, data science, and product management.
  2. Vertical Research: Conduct thorough research to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  4. Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity and consistency with company standards.
  5. Content Optimization: Apply basic SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, using analytics to guide improvements where possible.
  6. Project Coordination: Help coordinate content projects, ensuring timely delivery while working with external teams when needed.

Requirements:

  1. Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required. An MBA is a plus but not essential.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of content creation experience is necessary. Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: fintech, data science, strategic management, or product management.

Skills:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • A basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics.
  • The ability to manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines.
