Job Title: Content Developer

Our organization is seeking an experienced Content Developer to create engaging content for large language models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine content, rubric definitions, and prompt evaluations that promote linguistic relevance and cultural awareness.
  • Update rubrics with region/language-specific examples to enhance cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Identify areas where tailored rubrics are necessary in specific languages or regional contexts.
  • Review translated prompts, revise as needed, and create thoughtful prompts testing cultural awareness.
  • Evaluate prompt-response pairs using standardized templates and provide detailed justifications.
  • Document problematic outputs and annotate with clear explanations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Native proficiency in English and a deep understanding of cultural norms.
  • Experience in LLM evaluation, content moderation, or linguistic QA is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle issues in language use and tone.
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and evaluation templates.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with content/creative writing, prompt engineering, or LLM testing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms.
  • Ability to articulate reasoning behind rubric ratings or prompt edits.
