Learning Management System Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Management System (LMS) administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of learning content within our LMS platform. This role combines technical expertise with project management skills to ensure seamless course delivery, effective learning administration, and successful content development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Configure and publish learning courses, curricula, and learning paths within our LMS platform.
2. Ensure proper course categorization, tagging, and metadata for optimal searchability and reporting.
3. Manage course enrollment processes, prerequisites, and completion requirements.
4. Coordinate SCORM, xAPI, and other content package uploads and testing.
5. Maintain course catalogs and ensure content accuracy and currency.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues related to course functionality and user access.

Quality Assurance
1. Conduct quality assurance of content assets that are requested to load in our LMS platform.
2. Ensure quality standards are adhered to.

Learning Administration
1. Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within our Cornerstone platform.
2. Monitor learner progress and completion rates across all courses and programs.
3. Generate and analyze learning analytics reports to track engagement and effectiveness.
4. Manage compliance training requirements and automated notifications.
5. Support learners with technical issues and platform navigation.
6. Coordinate with IT and vendor support for system maintenance and updates.
7. Maintain learning records and ensure data integrity within the system.

Strategic Learning Support
1. Collaborate with learning and development teams to align LMS capabilities with organizational learning objectives.
2. Provide recommendations for platform optimization and feature utilization.
3. Support the evaluation and implementation of new learning technologies and integrations.
4. Assist in developing learning governance policies and standard operating procedures.
5. Participate in vendor meetings and platform upgrade planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand
* 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in learning and development contexts
* Experience with e-learning content development and SCORM standards

Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand platform administration and configuration
* Understanding of learning standards (SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, AICC)
* Experience with content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
* Strong analytical skills with experience in learning analytics and reporting
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies
* Project management software proficiency (Smartsheets, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar)
