Lead Workday Financials Consultant

This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of workstreams for client implementations of Workday Financials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to work independently with minimal or no support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of assigned Workday Financials workstreams from planning to deployment.
  • Interpretation and translation of client requirements into effective Workday configuration.
  • Guidance, mentorship, and support of team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Nurturing and maintenance of strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Proactive identification of risks/issues and escalation as needed to avoid project delays.
  • Deliveries within project deadlines and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Workday Financials certification in one or more of: R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.
  • Mandatory: Minimum 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch.
  • Strong functional knowledge across Finance domains.
  • Exceptional client engagement, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in an independent capacity with little or no supervision.
