**Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate with skills in Workday Financial Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial processes within Workday and a strong understanding of financial systems and operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Workday Financial Management modules. You will also support financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions, develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards within Workday, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Financial Management, provide training and support to end-users on Workday Financial processes and functionalities, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Experience in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Financial Management modules.
  2. Support financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  3. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards within Workday.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Financial Management.
  6. Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Financial processes and functionalities.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Financial Management.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
