Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant

The ideal candidate will be an experienced integration consultant with a strong background in Workday integrations and reporting.

Duties:
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Web Services (WWS), Workday Connectors, and other integration tools to connect Workday with internal and external systems.
  • Develop advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Create and maintain Workday dashboards.
  • Optimize existing Workday integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Analyze data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data.
  • Provide expertise on best practices for Workday reporting, analytics, and integrations.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Partner with Business stakeholders to create a reporting and integrations roadmap.
  • Develop documentation, including report specifications and user guides.
  • Support the team by coaching on developing integrations and reports, fostering a collaborative culture.

Besides the duties listed above, this role involves solving complex problems, proposing multiple solutions for business requirements within Workday, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
