Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's total rewards strategy. This position requires expertise in compensation structure design, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective compensation structures that align with business objectives
  • Conducting market research to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitiveness
  • Administering benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Providing strategic guidance on compensation and benefits matters to senior leadership and HR teams

Requirements for Success:

  • 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Graduate degree in any discipline or MBA Finance/HR
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management
  • Deep knowledge of budgeting, vendor assessment, data analysis, and project management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle large datasets and make data-driven decisions
